It's time for a fun post!! So on my last day of radiation, one of the girls asked me, "Would you like to take your mask with you?" What? Are you kidding me? Why would I want to remember something like that? My response with a laugh was: "Only so I can burn it." She laughed, handed it to me, and said her goodbyes. So now I'm stuck with this beloved mask.
Zac and I thought it would be fun to have all of our blog followers help us decide what to do with the lovely mask. It can be a fun and clever way to destroy it. Or maybe a funny way to display it. Or any other clever thing you can think of (no offense will be taken - all ideas welcome!) I've included a picture of me wearing the mask and also a picture of what I got to bring home. Thanks for this Blog, I have been encouraged in following you through this time!
1. Mount it on the wall open side up and put silk flowers in it
2. Mount it open side down over a lamp and use it as a porch light (a bit creepy but fun!).
3. Halloween mask?
I say, it would make a great top for your Christmas tree, but I like Jack's ideas too.
Hmmm. . You are testing our creative juices. My suggestions:
1) Use it to seine some minnows and go fishing. (Try & show Bob how it's done!)
2) Do like David Letterman and test it to see if it "Sinks or Floats", my guess. . . it will float.
3) Put a catch door on it and try to catch "Peter Rabbit"

You could practice your putt-putting skills. is the back side of the mask open? if so, stacie can stand on one side... putt THROUGH to zac, and then he can putt back to stac... and so forth. i am imagining hours of fun! :)
Did anyone see Rihanna on the new Jay Leno show Monday night? Trim it down so it just covers your eyes, paint it black and you're ready to go out on the town! (I don't know where you would find the thigh-high pink boots like she had on though).
